Check your drawing - maybe you have set the rounding sizes in AutoCAD. A: A plot style is a color and lineweight table, saved in special file in AutoCAD, that tells the printer/plotter how to take the object colors in a CAD drawing (red, yellow, cyan, etc.) and convert them into various lineweights in the printed drawing. And a lot depends on the accuracy in the program for creating PDF.
When you print inches, it converts inches to points. I'm not tied to any particular font but want simple, easy to read letters and numerals. The bottom line is that the PDF structure uses points. Notes made on leaders (even tried various fonts there) print fine as well, angles are the problem. Possible causes of this issue are: Incorrect Plotter Configuration. Also, the following may be observed: Xrefs that are in the drawing do not plot using the PUBLISH command. I have the same issues with other drawings and the angular dimension not printing. When plotting from AutoCAD, one or more drawing elements do not show up in the output (PDF, hard copy) and do not display in print preview. I try to use default everything to minimize my issues. Perhaps there is a setting in the dimension style that I'm missing? I'm pretty basic in my CAD use so I don't think I've changed a setting. Where is it coming from?I believe its the degree symbol that is goofing me up. I've looked at the fonts in both ACAD and Windows and on my machine, neither location lists that font. The linear dimensions plot to PDF just fine using the PDF converter in my plotting options (using ACAD LT 2011) but I get an error message from Adobe when opening the PDF, can't find font ArialMT.
